Design Proposals.
Based on our assessment, we’ll develop a design proposal that includes conceptual ideas, floor plans, and mood boards. This proposal will feature 2D and 3D visualizations to provide a clear picture of the potential changes. We’ll discuss design options, features, and any desired modifications.
Refining & Detailing.
With your feedback, we’ll refine the design, making necessary adjustments and finalizing detailed drawings, material specifications, and finishes. This ensures everything aligns with your vision and the overall design concept.
Contractor Recommendations.
Finding reliable contractors is crucial for a successful renovation. We’ll help you connect with trusted professionals who have a proven track record. Whether you need general contractors, specialists, or sub-contractors, we provide recommendations to ensure you work with skilled and dependable individuals.
Ongoing Oversight & Final Review.
Throughout the renovation or remodel, we’ll regularly check in to ensure progress aligns with design specifications. We’ll oversee key aspects such as installation and painting. Once the project is complete, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our quality standards and your expectations, making any necessary adjustments.
